Duesenberg Duesenberg DSR-SR (Only 55 of these DSR-SR's were ever produced)
redefining a one-of-a-kind...
"Oh What A Doozey!"
You are looking at a very rare 2003 Duesenberg DSR-SR Hollow Guitar. Only 55 of these DSR-SR's were ever produced for a very limited world-wide distribution.
This Duesenberg DSR-SR Guitar throws open the door to a time when rock was " Rock'n Around The Clock." This classic hollow body guitar is a Rock'N Roll/Rockabilly instrument.
At the same time this DSR-SR insists on exerting its own entirely unique character. This very rare, highly sought-after Duesenberg was assembled in 2003. It Weigh's about 7 3/4 lb's with a Mahogany Neck, Passive HS Pick-Up's and has a 22F Rosewood Fingerboard. The Duesenberg DSR-SR is built in the most sophisticated way to deliver that unique and greatly-appreciated sound you'd except to here from the Late-Great... Legendary Chet Atkins.
This incredible Duesenberg body design makes one think of the checkerboard pattern-loving Rick Nielsen. FYI: Rick said that he based his signature checkerboard pattern on his childhood experiences, when he would watch the late night Test-Pattern on his Black & White TV.
After hearing this Rare Duesenberg DSR-SR Hollow Guitar in action I agree with Ron Wood... when he opened-up his 2002 Duesenberg Signature Model and said... "Oh What A Doozey!"
